Contributory Parent Visa:This is a fast-track Parent visa that has a processing timeline of as short as 5-6 years for select applicants based on the queue and cap.
There are currently six classes of Parent visas that fall into two major categories – non-contributory and contributory.
We are only showing 4 of the 6 because due to the “cap and queue” restrictions on non-contributory parent visas which limit the number of visas that can be processed each year, they currently take between 25 to 30 in a year. We feel that these visas are less beneficial.

The Aged Parent Visa is a replica of the Parent subclass 103 Visa, however, is suitable for applicants who are eligible for the Australia-age pension. This visa will allow you to live in Australia with your child permanently, provided they are an Australian citizen, a permanent resident, or an eligible New Zealand citizen who is settled in Australia.
